Our Team’s Favorite Productivity Tools

At ARM Creative, we’ve learned that it’s not just the caffeine that helps us stay on top of our game (although it certainly helps). Over the years, we’ve discovered some helpful productivity tools, so for now, set your coffee mug aside.

Today, we’re sharing our team's current favorite productivity tools to make your daily to-do lists run a little smoother. Let’s dive right in!

Asana

First up we have our team’s go-to project management tool: Asana. We rely on Asana for all of our projects and project tracking needs. It allows us to create projects, tasks, and subtasks, which we can easily assign to people or different teams. This streamlines projects and work management. Plus, the commenting feature keeps all of our discussions neatly, in one place. This one is good!

Notion

Notion is a note-taking app that can keep all things in one place. Like Google Docs, Notion pages can be shared and offer real-time collaboration. Make to-do lists, timelines, charts, folders, or jot down your everyday notes with Notion. Take some time here, exploring and customizing it to your liking.

Midjourney

Midjourney is our team’s favorite AI image generator. It works wonders when it comes to making a mood board or getting reference photos. Midjourney helps our ideas come to life and helps our clients envision them as well.

Davinci Resolve

For all of our video editing needs, Davinci Resolve is the perfect program. It streamlines film projects and eases workflow. One of our favorite parts is its ability to transcribe, which is a massive time-saver for our team. A must-have!

Photoshop - Generative Fill

Adobe’s newest AI tool, Generative Fill, is a game-changer. Photoshop’s generative fill tool lets the user seamlessly add or remove things from images. Extend an image, remove unwanted items, or add background elements – It saves time and does it well.

Capcut

Capcut is an all-in-one video editing tool that we’ve found works great for editing Instagram reels and TikToks. It simplifies video editing, making it quick and convenient – perfect for our favorite 15-second content. Plus, Capcut has different design elements that are easy to access and customize.
